SkipLife is a generative platform that creates fictional alternative-reality narratives, cover artwork, and short video clips based on the character details you author. All generated content is the output of AI models and depicts events that did not happen.
2.1 SkipLife is a platform for creating fictional characters and interactive alternative-reality stories. The Service does not request, store, or process real personal data about you through the character-creation interview. Every field you fill in (name, birth year, city, occupation, relationships, key events, emotions, branching point) describes a fictional character.
2.2 You confirm that all character details you enter are artistic fiction. You may choose to make your character resemble yourself or another real person — that is your creative choice, and you are solely responsible for that choice and for any resemblance, intentional or coincidental.
2.3 The Service treats character data as user-authored content, not as your personal information. By this framing, character data is not subject to data-protection regulations (GDPR, 152-ФЗ, or equivalents) that apply to the personal information of living, identifiable individuals.
2.4 The Service may transmit character data to third-party AI providers (see Privacy Policy, Section 6) for generation. Those providers process the data under their own data processing agreements with the Service.
2.5 You are responsible for the lawfulness of the character details you create. Using the Service to depict identifiable real people without their consent, to generate defamatory content, or to create content that violates applicable laws is prohibited (see Section 7, Acceptable Use).
The character dossier you assemble during the interview is used to generate your branch and its circles, then stored with your account as your authored content. We do not otherwise share, sell, or repurpose it.
Generated narratives use only the first name from your dossier — surnames and other directly identifying combinations are never written into the output.
Content generated through the platform (narratives, images, video) is considered AI-generated derivative media owned by the platform. By generating a circle, you acknowledge that the resulting media may be listed in the x402 marketplace and redistributed to third-party buyers.
You retain full access to your own generated circles as long as your account is active. Deletion of your account or individual circles removes them from your personal view but does not remove the anonymized content from the marketplace catalog.
Each circle's story, image, and video are independently sellable via the x402 protocol. Buyers pay per asset or for a bundle. Listing prices are set by the platform and may change over time.
Generation of new circles requires an active paid subscription or a one-time purchase. Failed generations on the platform's side do not incur charges against your subscription quota. Refunds for subscription payments follow the policy of our payment processor.
You may not use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate any account found in violation, without refund.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the application. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The character-fiction acknowledgement (Section 2) may also be re-shown in-app after material updates so that your acceptance is recorded against the current version.
